- A true hotelier - man and boy! Thought hotel management sounded glamorous so trained at Hollings College Manchester (The Toast-rack) before it subsumed the Manchester Metropolitan University! Then worked for companies like GW Hotels,De Vere Hotels, Rank Leisure and Mecca Leisure to name but a few. Currently overseeing my own hotel in Hull - see I said hotel management was glamorous!
